Ok so I guess since the reason I started this blog was to have a gallery to show people my work I should put more of my work on it, so please bear with me. I am not very good at this whole computer thing, and if something has been added twice I'm sorry, some things are old some are knew, some i need to take beeter pictures of first.

Well another week has passed and not much has gone on im my life, I guess that's a good thing, although I didn't get published, I didn't submit anything I didn't win the lottery because I didn't play, but I did take my son out driving and no one got hurt that's a good thing. Actually he's a very good driver, unlike most teenagers he respects and fears the power of the car.

I did get to go cropping with some friends and had a blast, I don't know if it's because I had to cancel the last two time we all got together or what but I had an absolute wonderful time, maybe it was just the drugs Krystn????? I only did two LOs but they were items done for me, not for a class or any other reason just me, sometimes I need that. Notice one of them has glitter on it and I normally am not a glitter person but Teresa Collins has me addicted to the stuff.


For those of you who might have been wondering my medical issues we think have been solved, I've been having horrible headaches and dizzy spells for weeks now about five or six, after telling methere is nothing growing in my head, that's the exact words from the doctor, my FIL says not even gray matter???? They have decided to treat me for a sensitive nerve on the left side of my brain, lets hope it does the trick, I have super sensitive reflexes what ever that means, I think they just enjoyed hitting me with that hammer whatching me jump around, they did seem to get a kick out of it.

Ok so it has been a while since I have blogged, maybe I've been taking lessons from Kelly???? Really I've had medical reasons, life always seems to throw you a curve ball (had to put the baseball analogy in, being from Detroit and all) when you think things are great. I do know that the doctor said nothing is growing in my head.......is that a good thing????????? :) Kids are sick and my Mother is once again "My Mother" Now I get to be the worlds worse mother (had a good teacher) My oldest has been planning on going out with friends to a battle of the bands, didn't tell me of his plans that involve me driving he talks to his dad about these things, but he is at the Tiger's game, now I have to keep him home because progress reports came home today :( I thought things were going well, but the class he usually sails through without thinking he's failing!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!! Kids can't live with them and as far as I know you can't kill them, if you can will someone let me know.

Well it's been a while since I have blogged anything. I've been busy, we expanded the store, it looks GREAT!!!!!! We can now hold about 50 for a crop or class. We also had Teresa Collins from Junkitz teaching this past weekend, it was wonderful, she is amazing, so talented and sweet. Here are some photo's from this weekend, I didn't take very many, I've really been slacking on that, sorry.
My life has been really boring lately, been working on a lot of projects, I think I need to do a book? :) Like that will ever happen, I need a "Fairy God Mother" but so far I haven't found one of those.

Yup I forgot one, here it is.

I finally did it, I finished 25 layouts without purchasing anything new. I must Thank Caroline at Maya Road for the inspiration, you are my husband's hero. Now to go get some more of that new stuff out there. Memory Trends is coming up soon and I know Maya Road is coming out with alot of new stuff, I can't wait. well here are the last of my LO's now I need to do some class projects, oh, and clean my room it's a mess.

I hope I haven't for gotten any.

What a weekend, let's see I picked up my new car on friday, again! Saturday my son went fishing for the first time on a boat and loved it, despite getting up at 5 am. He caught the biggest perch in 6 years. I had a wonderful class Sat. afternoon, then it was off to the Tiger's game, wonderful family time. Luckly they won!!!!!! Then Sunday it was up to celebrate Grandma's 80th birthday. A surprise party for a 80 year old with a heart probem??????? What were they thinking. So it didn't leave me much time for scrapping so I am falling behind in my quest for shopping, I do have 15 done and here the new ones are.

Can I just say that I am married to a wonderful man??!!!!! We were on the way to pick up my new car today and I realized he is my pot of gold, I was driving behind him and it was raining still :( but the sun was shining and the spray from his car was causing a rainbow and I thought there goes my gold. I am a very lucky woman.

I'll post pictures of the car later, it is still raining so no pictures were taken yet.

Well I had to go to the store today to get stuff for my class, and they had all kinds of new stuff from CHA in, I think I didn't think this through very well, but I'm sticking to my commitment, and I didn't purchase anything. Well here are two more LO's.

Here are two more for my challenge, aka Caroline's challenge

I think I've gotten myself into a pickle, yes I said pickle! I was extending Caroline's challenge to herself of doing 25 LOs befroe she bought aby new stuff to my "Boodle" friends and they have taken off with the idea, and I've only done two, that's right TWO! But I don't much care this started off as a personal challenge I picked up from a friend and thought I needed to do it as well, since I can probably do 125 without buying anything new, maybe not even adhesive!!!!!!! Sad but true. I could open a store in my house with the stuff I have right now. Well here are the two LO's I've done, I aslo thought this might be a good way to get my Paris book done before we head to Germany in the fall.

Ok so I have done I think a total of 7 pages for Paris, hey atleast I'v started right????

Can I just say that I can't stand the schools parking lot on the first few weeks of school!!!!! It's confusing and the new parents don't understand it, they just stop where ever, make left hand turns from right hand lanes and lets not forget the going the WRONG way one a one lane road. And to make matters worse you have the experienced parents that are not patient and cause a big tadoo, they don't seem to remember they were new parents once. Me I've been doing the Junior High lot for 5 years now, and will be very glad that my son will be bussed in High School.

I'm taking a photography class on the first but I don't think it will make my subjects more cooperative.

Guess where I've been??? DH and I had a wonderful time in New York. He saw some Yankee games and I did some shopping :)

Met up with a friend and we didn't even have time to take pictures of us we where too busy getting to know each other, we had a wonderful time, ok I had a wonderful time I might have bored the crap out of her.

I bought some wonderful stuff for scrapping, I can't wait to use them, we stayed in the garment district/ theater district, so I hit the bead and trim stores hard. I could have stayed there shopping a whole week!!!!
Went to Ground Zero and let me tell you it was quite moving, it just looks like a big construction site but if you know what actualy happened there it's very touching. Saw Elis Island, DH grand father came throught there, took a lot of phots and still have one set I don't have yet from another camera I hope to get those tomorrow. Now I need to get the kids ready for scholl tomorrow, and clean so I can get some work done around here.

Well I really don't need to be here right now, I need to be packing I leave for NY Wed. I'm very excited, I've never been. Been spending all my time trying to clean for my MIL to watch the kids here, but I did get one page done. There is no paper on this LO it's all Lace ribbon and silk, the picture is even on fabric the flowers are hand made and sewn on as well as the beads.
She looks so peaceful.

I love it when my opinion counts. It makes me feel important, even though I'm not and it might not have been my opinion, it was someone else opinion about something I have, none the less something I have, not made, has been sent to a scrapbook company at their request for possible manufacturing by them in the future. I just love it when companies actual listen to their customers.

Sometimes it amazes me what makes me happy, I paid $2.78 for gas today and was thrilled. Came home and my son was ready for work early. But I never realized the stuff some of us take for granted daily, the fact that we have a car to put gas in or that we are lucky enough to have a son, even everyday things like some one to say I LOVE YOU.
